On the nose and on the palate, again and again... and again, the aromas unfold across the broad aromatic spectrum of this dry Jurançon: primarily white-fleshed fruits, with hints of exotic fruits and citrus, complemented by floral notes and dried herbs. This impressive blend of flavors coats the palate with a dense, rich texture, carried by a vibrant acidity that lends great tension, as well as by the weight of perfectly controlled power. The finish benefits from an extra burst of freshness provided by an added touch of minerality. Accessible and ready to drink. This lovely, luminous white wine, full of finesse, was paired with a starter of grapefruit stuffed with pink shrimp, crab, and avocado, and then for dessert with a lemon meringue pie. Rating = 4.
