Review and comment by Mr. GILLES D. Published on 10/19/2023

On the nose as well as on the palate, more, more... and more aromas across the broad aromatic spectrum of this dry Jurançon: primarily white-fleshed fruits, with hints of exotic fruits and citrus, complemented by floral and dried herb notes. This impressive blend of flavors coats the palate with a dense, rich texture, carried by vibrant acidity that lends great tension, as well as by the weight of perfectly controlled power. The finish benefits from an extra burst of freshness provided by an added touch of minerality. Accessible and ready to drink. This lovely, luminous, and refined white wine was paired with a starter of grapefruit stuffed with pink shrimp, crab, and avocado, followed by a lemon meringue pie for dessert. Rating = 4.
