About the wine:

This expressive Madiran is made exclusively from Tannat, offering aromas of red fruit accented by spices and smoky notes. On the palate, it is supple, round, and very fruity, supported by a subtle freshness, well-integrated tannins, and well-balanced oak.

About the estate:

In 1902, Hubert Dousseau acquired the estate. Since 1995, Brigitte and Corinne, his great-granddaughters, have been managing a 22-hectare organic vineyard there. They have converted a small Gascon house in the heart of the vineyards into a guesthouse. In 2023, the fifth generation (Nathan, Corinne’s son) joined the venture. A sure bet for both Madiran and Pacherenc-du-Vic-Bilh.

It's not worth drinking right now, but I think we should let it age a bit (in the cellar).
