You should open it at least an hour in advance to let the carbonation subside and allow the flavors to develop a bit. It’s easy to drink, with a fairly smooth acidity and pleasant notes of green pear. The catch: a massive headache after two glasses. A deal-breaker!

Review by Mr. REMY P. Posted on November 3, 2020

Slightly tart, very fruity (with intense aromas), but lacking in finesse and minerality. I’d say it’s a pleasant, easy-drinking wine that works well as an aperitif or with fish. Best enjoyed now.
