You need to open it at least 1 hour in advance to let the carbonation subside and allow the flavors to develop, even if only slightly. Easy to drink, with a fairly smooth acidity and pleasant notes of green pear. The catch: a bad headache after 2 glasses. A deal-breaker!

Slightly tart, very fruity (intense aromas), but lacking in finesse and minerality. I’d say it’s a pleasant, easy-drinking wine well-suited as an aperitif or with fish. Best enjoyed now.
