“A structured, refined, and fresh Pinot Noir”

The name of this wine says it all! A Pinot Noir that invites you to savor, share, and enjoy its fruity aromas, all supported by a structure of soft, concentrated tannins. It pairs perfectly with fall dishes such as venison loin with cranberry sauce, mushrooms with walnuts, and duck fillets with cherries and seasonal vegetables.

Rated wine (2026 guide) 94/100 Favorite 2023 vintage)

Rated estate (2025 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

Founded in 2017, this estate is built on the legacy of vineyards brought together by the couple Amélie Buecher—who comes from a long line of winemakers—and Charles Sparr, the son of a family of wine merchants. Certified organic in 2017 and biodynamic in 2019, their vineyard includes four grand cru vineyards and offers a consistent range of authentic, unpretentious wines. Quality is improving rapidly, the Pinot Noirs shine, and the estate earned its first star this year.
