Domaine Loew
Domaine Loew has been in operation since 1996 and is located on the steep hillsides west of Strasbourg. Based in Westhoffen since the 18th century within the town’s ramparts, the Loew family cultivates 12 hectares across five villages: Westhoffen, Traenheim, Bergbieten, Balbronn, and Scharrachbergheim.
At the heart of their craft, Caroline and Etienne Loew place a strong emphasis on respect for the terroir, the vines, and the wine. Domaine Loew operates under certified biodynamic practices, prioritizing manual labor to preserve the health of the soil.
Each terroir at Domaine Loew is vinified separately. Yields vary by vintage between 25 and 45 hl/ha.
