About wine:

Delicious notes of rose water, mirabelle plum, mango, white pepper, and ginger on the palate, with energy and a seductive, honeyed sweetness. Enjoy with paella, Indian curry, or strawberry and rhubarb tart.

Wine rated (2025 guide) 95/100

Rated estate (2023 guide) 2 stars (These very large estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, deserve a place in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).

About wine:

Radiant, the Furstentum Gewürztraminer is an eloquent wine for aging: its lively sweetness, intense citrus flavors, and quality bitterness will reward patient enthusiasts.

About the estate:

In just a few years, Félix Meyer has built up a solid reputation in Alsace. This is no coincidence: the viticulture is of high quality, with closely monitored yields, and the wines are vinified on fine lees in large casks. Having joined the family estate in 1992, Félix has skillfully revealed the granite terroirs of Katzenthal. Don't overlook his Gewurztraminer, which is not at all heavy and has a crystalline purity that seduces even detractors of this often overly sweet grape variety. The estate expanded by 3.5 hectares in 2019, and in 2021 it obtained organic certification.

About wine:

Pineapple, lychee, and bergamot oil, followed by potpourri and cinnamon, with an underlying stony minerality. Dry, medium-bodied, with a soft, bright acidity. Lively freshness and balance behind the blossoming fragrance. Beautiful harmony. Drink now or keep.

About wine:

The bouquet of the Furstentum 2021 surprises with its different facets, with notes that oscillate between freshness and evolution. It reveals nuances of white truffles, but also pineapple, ginger, and lime. Smooth on the attack, the palate sets the record straight! The wine boasts a structuring acidity that ensures character and counterbalances the smoothness. A harmonious and inviting wine that stands out for its mouthwatering finish! Now – 2041
