“After the whole clusters were pressed, the Lindaflor Chardonnay 2017 was fermented in tanks and then vinified and aged in barrels, 30% of which were new. The wine was aged in barrels for 12 months on the lees, with regular stirring. Slightly oaky and spicy, it comes from a single vineyard planted in 2004 and consistently used for this wine. The oak is well integrated, and it has a creamy texture while retaining freshness and intense flavors. A clean, straightforward wine.” (Wine Advocate 2018 - Robert Parker) A truly beautiful white wine!

About wine:
After the whole clusters were pressed, the 2017 Lindaflor Chardonnay was fermented in tanks, then vinified and aged in barrels, 30% of which were new. The wine was kept in barrels for 12 months on the lees, with regular stirring. Slightly oaky and spicy, it comes from a specific vineyard block planted in 2004 and always used for this wine. The oak is well integrated—much less obvious than in today’s wines—and it has a creamy texture while retaining freshness and intense flavors. A clean, straightforward wine.
