Surrounded by his family and a team of hand-picked professionals, Willi Bründlmayer uses sustainable methods to cultivate his vines, which are mainly pruned in the Lyre style: grass cover between rows, natural fertilizers, manual harvesting, etc. Although most of his production is focused on Grüner Veltliner, Willi Bründlmayer earned his reputation in the 1980s with his Chardonnay, vinified in barrels. The combination of Austrian fruitiness and an international style. He also produces Riesling, Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Saint Laurent, and Pinot Gris on a total area of 75 hectares of vineyards. 

Willi Bründlmayer has become an iconic figure in his country and a standard-bearer for Austria on the international stage. In 2000, Decanter magazine included him in its prestigious list of 50 winemakers who will change the face of the wine world in the decade. He is also a member of the International Wine Academy.
