About the estate:
A young winemaker, Benjamin Passot gained his first experience in winemaking in Vosne-Romanée. At the same time, he developed his own estate and settled on a few acres in Juliénas starting in 2017. Since then, he has acquired vineyards in Chénas and Chiroubles.

13% ABV. 30-year-old vines in the En Pérelle vineyard, 0.4 hectares, clay-and-gravel soils (alluvial deposits), Burgundian maceration (destemmed) with wild yeast. It is vibrant and juicy, with bright notes of raspberry and cherry that are fresh and nuanced. The palate features hints of wet stone and lovely acidity, offering a lively and alert style of Gamay that is truly satisfying.
