The wine is produced in the commune of Chiroubles. It benefits from a favorable east and southeast exposure. The terrain is very rugged and undulating. The soils are very uniform, consisting of coarse-grained granite, with a few veins of granulite here and there.

Short-rotation cultivation in pots: 3 to 5 cuttings with 2 buds each. Planting, removing the root ball in the fall, winter plowing, and spring scarification

After being hand-harvested and carefully sorted as whole clusters, the grapes undergo a 5- to 6-day fermentation without the addition of sulfur

Livestock farming

The wine is aged in tanks without the addition of sulfur. It is then racked without aeration and bottled without the addition of sulfur. The bottle is sealed with an Organic cork.
