This commitment is reflected in the controlled and judicious use of plant protection products and organic fertilizers, traditional soil cultivation methods, and harvesting fully ripe grapes at low yields. 

Didier Desvignes views winemaking as a means of bringing out the best in each of his terroirs. Consequently, he vinifies each plot separately to reveal the finesse and personality of each one. The use of oak is carefully controlled and harmonizes perfectly with the methods and style of Beaujolais wines, allowing the purity of the fruit to shine through.
