This wine is produced in the commune of Chiroubles. It benefits from a favorable east- and southeast-facing exposure. The terrain is very rugged and undulating. The soils are very uniform, consisting of coarse-grained granite, with a few veins of granulite here and there.

Short-cycle cultivation in pots: 3 to 5 cuttings with 2 buds each. Thinning, removal of stone walls in the fall, winter plowing, and spring harrowing

After a hand-harvest and selective sorting of whole clusters, the wine undergoes fermentation for 5 to 6 days without the addition of sulfur

Livestock farming

The wine is aged in tanks without the addition of sulfur. It is then racked without aeration and bottled without the addition of sulfur. The bottle will be sealed with an Organic cork.
