About the estate:

This estate, which owes its name to a Scottish merchant, was successfully taken over by the Mau family in 2005, in partnership with the Dutch firm Dirkzwager. Jean-Christophe Mau, a true enthusiast, devotes a great deal of energy to the estate, advised by Stéphane Derenoncourt for the reds and Philippe Dulong for the whites. The wines are well-crafted, fruit-forward, harmonious, and balanced. The whites are impeccable, precise, and pure. The reds, of very high quality, possess a distinct Léognan character. The estate ranks among the top producers in the appellation.
