The Château l'Evêché vineyard is managed using sustainable viticulture practices: plowing, simple or mixed Guyot pruning with a focus on achieving the appropriate yield per vine, and green pruning/thinning of each vine. The traditional Bordeaux winemaking methods followed by Château l'Evêché produce AOC Bordeaux and AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru wines that are among the highest quality in the region.
