Note: "Special Trophy" (better than Gold!) at the Concours Mondial du Sauvignon (cat. assemblage)
This reserve cuvée, composed of 52% Sauvignon, 38% Semilion and 10% Muscadelle, is produced on the land of the entre deux mers. A fresh, friendly white, very aromatic with citrus and gourmet notes of passion fruit. The attack is lively and straightforward, both suave and crisp, with hints of pepper. A pure pleasure wine to share this summer!

Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (2019 guide) 3*Stars (High-quality production that can serve as a benchmark in its sector)
About the domain :
The Despagne family has five estates and 300 hectares of vines, planted with traditional Bordeaux grape varieties. The seriousness, inventiveness and skill of the Despagne family mean that all their wines, and especially those from their flagship estates, Tour de Mirambeau and Rauzan Despagne, could serve as models for many a Bordeaux: always flattering, but never far from Bordeaux classicism. Here, the wines are always very harmonious.

I'm surprised that there are no winemaker details on the label, only a SCEA and no indication of the grape variety or vinification. Perhaps it was indicated in your description, but I don't like buying wine without knowing its exact origin. That said, good value for money.
