Rating: Laarson & Del Monego 90/100
This lovely Bordeaux opens with notes of red fruit, spices, and delicate oak. A peppery edge enhances notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, and cherry. The attack is lively, then the wine develops a beautiful structure on the palate, with a finish of good length. A very pleasant red!

About the estate:

Located in Mazères, in the Graves appellation, Caillivet is owned by the Carrillo family. In 1997, Philippe and his son Antoine created the vineyard on the family's land, planting 7 hectares of Merlot (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon, supplemented by a little Sauvignon and Sémillon for the white wine. The first harvest produced the 2001 vintage.

Not bad, but I've had better in Graves.
