They undertook major renovations to the vineyard and the cellar (including the construction of a new wine cellar by Jean-Michel Wilmotte) to restore the reputation of this estate, founded in 1810, whose vineyard now covers approximately 50 hectares following the acquisition of new plots.

This is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular improvements seen in Bordeaux in recent years. Pédesclaux, acquired by Jacky Lorenzetti in 2009, has undergone a complete transformation—from the vineyards to the cellars—that is both spectacular and at the cutting edge of modernity. Under the guidance of Vincent Bache-Gabrielsen, the wines have improved steadily, vintage after vintage, with small, careful refinements.
