Château Pavie Macquin

Pavie Macquin is the result of a passion—that of engineer Albert Macquin, who, as early as 1887, brought together four properties to form this prestigious 26-hectare vineyard. The current owners of Château Pavie Macquin are his grandchildren. Deeply attached to this Saint-Émilion terroir, they appointed Nicolas Thienpont as estate manager, supported in his efforts by Stéphane Derenoncourt, who has been with the estate since 1990. Together, they have developed high-quality viticulture that has elevated Château Pavie Macquin to the prestigious rank of Premier Grand Cru Classé.
