Château Roc de Candale

Château Roc de Candale has been owned by Jean-Louis Vicard since 2010. The 11-hectare vineyard, located in the town of Saint-Laurent des Combes, has an average vine age of 30 years and is planted on a terroir consisting of plots with sandy and sandy-clay soils, located primarily at the foot of the hillsides. This unique approach yields a wine that is more approachable, round, and indulgent—and therefore more accessible.

Château Roc de Candale’s Saint-Emilion Grand Cru typically offers liveliness and freshness. It is a full-bodied, rich, and very charming wine.
