Terre de Vins
A model of elegance (Terre de Vins - October 2021)" Paul and Émilie Mercadier believe in Sauternes, and rightly so. This Château Pechon is a color chart in itself: from the nose, with its notes of lemon verbena and lemon candy, to the fluid, delicate and distinguished palate, with its range of citrus fruits, well-balanced between sweetness and freshness. An elegant wine, an excellent bargain". (Terre de Vins - November 2021) With its refined case, perfect balance and fresh finish, this Sauternes surprises us with its complexity and delicate profile. About the domain :
Extract from the article Terre de Vins November 2021: Vignobles Mercadier, a Sauternes success storyThe Sauternes appellation is undergoing a major transformation, with the aim of offering more accessible, easily digestible wines without losing any of their wonderful aromatic complexity.
