Purple color with garnet highlights, clear and bright
Nose
Intense and expressive, with rich aromas of dark fruits, particularly black cherry and blackcurrant, followed by hints of redcurrant that gently caress the nose.

Both agricultural engineers and oenologists, Sophie and Matthieu Woillez have been based in the commune of Tharoiseau since 2009. Their 13-hectare vineyard, planted mainly with Chardonnay, covers a hillside facing Vézelay. The conversion to organic farming is underway.
