"A lovely vintage to share!"

"This is 'a wine that speaks to you,' say the tasters, 'something out of the ordinary.' They praise its intense nose, which wanders between orange blossom, butter, and vanilla notes. Then there's its powerful yet smooth and delicate palate, supported by a subtle mineral tension that accompanies the roundness of the fruit against a slightly woody background. A complete and distinguished wine that showcases the appellation." (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About wine:

This is "a wine that stands out," say the tasters, "something out of the ordinary." They praise its intense nose, which wanders between orange blossom, butter, and vanilla notes. Then there is its powerful yet smooth and delicate palate, supported by a subtle mineral tension that accompanies the roundness of the fruit against a slightly woody background. A complete and distinguished wine that showcases the appellation.

About the estate:

Both agricultural engineers and oenologists, Sophie and Matthieu Woillez have been based in the commune of Tharoiseau since 2009. Their 13-hectare vineyard, planted mainly with Chardonnay, covers a hillside facing Vézelay. The conversion to organic farming is underway.
