The winemakers of Les Terres Secrètes represent three cooperative wineries (Prissé, Verzy, and Sologny), with 120 members who cultivate a total of 950 hectares, 650 of which are planted with Chardonnay. Since 2013, the winery has held a sustainability certification.

The Vignerons des Terres Secrètes are the heirs to the cooperative movement that took shape in the early 20th century in the Mâconnais region. This association, formed through the merger of the cooperative wineries of Prissé, Sologny, and Verzé, now cultivates nearly 950 hectares of vineyards (for 120 cooperative members), primarily Chardonnay.

A wine that already has a pleasant roundness despite its relatively young age. I tasted it as an aperitif, on its own (of course!), and it’s very pleasant to drink. It would undoubtedly be perfect with baked fish (that gives me some ideas...)
