Les Vignerons des Terres Secrètes are the heirs to the cooperative movement that emerged in the early 20th century in the Mâconnais region. This association, formed through the merger of the cooperative wineries of Prissé, Sologny, and Verzé, now cultivates nearly 950 hectares of vineyards (for 120 cooperative members), primarily Chardonnay.

A wine that already has a pleasant roundness despite its relatively young age. I tasted it as an aperitif, on its own (of course!), and it’s very enjoyable to drink. It would undoubtedly be perfect with baked fish (that gives me some ideas...)
