About the estate:

In 2002, Olivier Giroux purchased the Saint-Philibert estate in Loché, renaming it after his largest vineyard parcel, the Clos des Rocs. He cultivates 9 hectares of vines that are about 60 years old, 6 of which are in Pouilly-Loché. In 2006, he began converting the estate to organic farming and obtained certification in 2014. This young man in his forties has played a key role in raising the profile of Pouilly-Loché wines, for which he is the finest ambassador. Taking a hands-off approach in the cellar, he relies on moderate oak aging and unhurried bottling. His wines, characterized by great purity, captivate with their crystal-clear, fresh, and subtly oaked profiles.
