Le Clos des Rocs is a 10-hectare vineyard estate in Pouilly-Loché and Pouilly-Fuissé. Olivier GIROUX, who comes from a family of winemakers spanning seven generations, cultivates and crafts wines of character using organic viticulture methods, with deep respect for the terroirs.

Born into a family of winemakers spanning seven generations, Olivier GIROUX grew up amidst the vineyards of Fuissé. Balancing the family estate with his studies, he felt a passion take root: he would become a winemaker… Eager to learn, he spent several years in the wine-growing regions of southern France. After managing a château in the Côtes du Rhône, he returned to his roots to nurture the land he holds dear. Today, at 43, this seasoned winemaker devotes all his energy to bringing out the best in Clos des Rocs, through organic vineyard management as well as meticulous winemaking. And with a single goal: to bring joy to wine lovers through his wines.

Clos des Rocs comprises:

5.70 hectares of the Pouilly-Loché appellation, including 3 hectares of Clos des Rocs Monopole;

6.80 hectares of the Mâcon-Loché appellation, with 2 hectares remaining to be planted;

0.40 hectares of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation; and

30 hectares of the Mâcon-Fuissé

It is also a premium wine merchant producing 15,000 bottles per year (Pouilly and Mâcon-Fuissé, Morgon)
