Domaine du Clos des Rocs

Born into a family of winegrowers spanning seven generations, Olivier Giroux grew up surrounded by the vineyards of Fuissé. Between working on the family estate and studying, he developed a passion: he would become a winegrower. Eager to learn more, he spent several years in the wine-growing region of southern France. After managing a Côtes du Rhône château, he returned to his roots to tend the land he holds dear. Côtes du Rhône château, he returned to his roots to tend the land he loved so dearly. Today, at 43, this experienced winemaker devotes all his energy to enhancing the Clos des Rocs, not only through organic farming methods but also through meticulous winemaking. His sole objective is to offer pleasure to wine lovers through his wines.

5.7 hectares of the Pouilly-Loché appellation, including 3 hectares of Clos des Rocs monopole;

6.8 hectares of the Mâcon-Loché appellation, including 2 hectares remaining to be planted;

0.4 hectares of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation

0.3 hectares of the Mâcon-Fuissé.

It is also a premium wine merchant, producing 15,000 bottles per year (Pouilly, Mâcon-Fuissé, and Morgon).
