About the estate:
Infected with the winemaking bug at a very young age while accompanying his parents in the vineyards, Guy Saumaize naturally gravitated toward a career as a winemaker; he also founded a renowned nursery frequented by many local producers. Annie, his wife, took over the reins after his passing in 2013. Since 2018, their son Guillaume has been at the helm of this 15-hectare estate, whose name he changed: Dom. des Maillettes became Dom. G. Saumaize.
