"House Signature"
"Based on the 2016 vintage, Billarcart-Salmon's new Brut Rosé shows great promise, blending notes of red berries and plums with hints of peach, dried flowers, and orange peel. Medium-bodied to full-bodied, smooth and elegant, it is bright and charming, with a generous core of fruit, racy acidity, and a fine mousse. Generous and expressive, it is already very good today.” (Wine Advocate - William Kelley) Pure elegance!

Wine rated 17/20 (Top-rated wine)
Rated estate (2020 guide) 5*Stars (Exceptional producers, those who represent the absolute pinnacle of quality in France and around the world)
About the wine:
Undoubtedly flawless as always: delicately fruity, elegant, fresh, easy to drink, and tenderly complex. A true gem!
About the estate:
This Mareuil-sur-Aÿ-based house, which has been in the same family for over two centuries, gained an international reputation in the 1990s thanks to its light and refined champagnes, particularly its rosé, its signature wine. The grapes come primarily from the Épernay region and the Marne Valley, notably from grand cru vineyards. The house owns very few vineyards of its own (about a dozen hectares), but relies on high-quality supply contracts. The entire range is refined, prioritizing harmony over power, with many nuances evident in each of its numerous cuvées. Today, Billecart ranks among the greats of Champagne.

Another signature wine from the winery, this rosé combines power and delicacy, with a delightfully crisp fruitiness.
About the estate:
A rare example of a family-owned business, Billecart-Salmon is a thriving house. It owes its meteoric success in recent years to wines of exceptional quality and a sales strategy focused on the fine dining sector. An avid traveler, the dynamic Alexandre Bader, the company’s managing director, has successfully established this Mareuil-sur-Aÿ brand—which produces nearly two million bottles—around the world. Now equipped with new facilities, the company can look to the future with confidence.

About the wine:
The palest of rosés, this is an elegant, well-structured wine. Its dryness is balanced by delicate notes of apple and redcurrant and a pronounced minerality. Fragrant and lightly structured, this refined wine is ready to drink.
