Since 2008, Jérôme Philipon, who comes from a background in large industrial groups, has been at the helm of the Bollinger House.

The Bollinger Champagne House owns 164 hectares of vineyards, the vast majority of which are Grand Crus and Premiers Crus, cultivated using organic methods. The Pinot Noir grape variety plays a predominant role and defines the inimitable style of Bollinger’s wines. In its pursuit of excellence, the house requires its wines to age for twice as long as the appellation regulations stipulate, and the finest vintages undergo vinification in oak: a commitment to the highest quality.
