Since 2008, Jérôme Philipon, a graduate of major industrial groups, has presided over the destiny of Maison Bollinger.

Champagne Bollinger has its own vineyard of 164 hectares, mostly Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, cultivated organically. The Pinot Noir grape variety plays a key role in the inimitable style of Maison Bollinger wines. In the pursuit of excellence, the wines are aged twice as long as the appellation rules, and the best crus are vinified in wood: a commitment to extreme quality.
