Champagne Domaine Collet

In the heart of the Sézanne region, in the village of Fontaine Denis, the three Colletbrothers joined the family's 5-hectare vineyard between 2001 and 2011. Succeeding their father René, they produce two ranges of champagne: Empreinte de Terroir, which highlights and reveals the pure expression of the terroir through demanding blends; and the Anthime range, comprising three confidential cuvées, produced in limited quantities and vinified and aged in 300-liter oak barrels. The Collet estate produces Champagne of very high quality at an excellent price-quality ratio! In 2021, the estate is undergoing a makeover with new labels to enhance its range.
