The light straw-colored wine displays silvery highlights. The nose offers notes of citrus (lemon), spices, bread, and pear tart. About the estate:
In 2000, Ludovic and Sandie Durdon took over from three generations on the family estate located in the Marne Valley. At the head of 7.5 hectares, they began the organic conversion of 3 hectares of vines; certification was obtained in 2013 for Chardonnay and in 2015 for Pinots, with biodynamic certification in 2023. Since 2021, a press and a new winery have enabled the entire winemaking process, previously entrusted to the local cooperative, to be carried out on the estate.

About wine:
The light straw-colored robe displays silvery highlights. The nose offers notes of citrus (lemon), spices, bread, and pear tart. The palate is harmonious and smooth, revealing a concentration of yellow fruits, dried oranges, stone fruits, and cake spices. It displays beautiful purity, suppleness, and tangy freshness. A real pleasure to taste.
About the estate:
The family estate has just welcomed the fifth generation of winegrowers with the arrival of Antoine, the owners' son. With vineyards located in Vincelles and Barzy, in the heart of the Marne Valley, the estate covers just over 6 hectares. It practices certified organic farming for Chardonnay and is in the process of obtaining certification for the two Pinots. The wines are aged partly in barrels and partly in vats, then left to mature in the cellar for many years. This estate offers excellent quality across its entire range and also welcomes visitors to its gîte, where they can discover its wines and vineyards. Of particular note is the arrival of a single vineyard cuvée, "Les Sablons."
