About the estate:

As the heirs to three generations of winegrowers, Pascal and Sandrine Lejeune established themselves as cooperative winegrowers in 1995 and launched their brand. In 2015, their son Thibaut joined them. The family cultivates 4.5 hectares of vineyards on the southern slopes of Épernay. The estate is certified as having High Environmental Value.

About the estate:

When Pascal and Sandrine took over the estate in 1995, they set out to give it new momentum: the vineyard expanded to 4.40 hectares, and sustainable viticulture became the norm. Their son, Thibaut, joined them at the estate in the summer of 2015, carrying on the family’s winemaking expertise and commitment to the estate.

This is a Champagne we’ve been enjoying for many years because of its great value, although we also love trying wines from other estates—it still stands out in this price range. We enjoy it as an aperitif or in the afternoon—it’s lively, with fine bubbles and fruity flavors. It benefits from being cellared for a year (but with my partner, that’s not easy!!!)

This Champagne offers excellent value for the price. It has lovely bubbles and a lively, creamy aroma. It’s hard to find anything better for €25.
