The estate's first cuvée, Champagne Brut is both harmonious and elegant, reflecting the Lejeune family's style. Its rich, rounded aromas, marked by notes of pastry (shortbread, nougatine), bring a comforting touch. Its fresh and full-bodied palate expresses notes of white fruit and marzipan on the finish. An ideal cuvée for an aperitif!

We have been enjoying this champagne for many years due to its excellent value for money, although we are also fans of other brands. However, this one remains our favorite in this price range. We enjoy it as an aperitif or in the afternoon, appreciating its liveliness, fine bubbles, and fruity flavors. It benefits from being stored in the cellar for a year (but with my partner, that's not easy!!!).
