From a Premier Cru terroir and a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Meunier, this cuvée expresses itself with dynamic bubbles in the glass. The nose is complex and expressive (almond, pink grapefruit, white flowers). After a fresh attack, the firm, dense palate glides to a tangy, salivating, almost chalky finish.
