This Blanc de Noirs, made from Pinot Noir grapes, invites itself into the glass, with its straw-yellow color and creamy effervescence. Aromas of raspberry, mushroom, blackcurrant, sweet spices, cherry, sweet almond and quetsche mingle. Rich, fruity and structured on the palate, with a fresh, saline finish.
