About the estate:
As the heirs to three generations of winegrowers, Pascal and Sandrine Lejeune established themselves as cooperative winegrowers in 1995 and launched their brand. In 2015, their son Thibaut joined them. The family cultivates 4.5 hectares of vineyards on the southern slopes of Épernay. The estate is certified as having High Environmental Value.

This is a Champagne we’ve been enjoying for many years because of its great value, even though we also love trying wines from other estates—but it remains our top choice in this price range. We enjoy it as an aperitif or in the afternoon—it’s lively, with fine bubbles and fruity flavors. It benefits from being cellared for a year (but with my partner, that’s not easy!!!)
