This Blanc de Noirs, made from Pinot Noir, fills the glass with a straw-yellow color and creamy effervescence. About the estate:

Descendants of three generations of winegrowers, Pascal and Sandrine Lejeune established themselves as cooperative winegrowers in 1995 and launched their own brand. In 2015, their son Thibaut joined them. The family cultivates 4.5 hectares of vineyards on the southern slopes of Épernay. The estate is certified as having High Environmental Value.

About the estate:

When Pascal and Sandrine took over the estate in 1995, they set out to breathe new life into it: the vineyard expanded to 4.4 hectares, and sustainable viticulture became the standard practice. Their son, Thibaut, joined them on the estate in the summer of 2015, thus carrying on the winemaking expertise and the family’s commitment to the estate.
