Made from Premier Cru vineyards and a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Meunier, this cuvée displays lively bubbles in the glass. The nose is complex and expressive (almond, pink grapefruit, white flowers). After a fresh attack, the palate—with its firm, dense texture—glides into a tangy, mouth-watering, almost chalky finish.
