This high-quality 100% Syrah is a worthy representative of its terroir, in the heart of the renowned Apalta region. Structured, exuding aromas of blackberry, cherry, and truffle, complemented by black pepper and tobacco, this is a red wine with soft tannins that reveals great balance. It will pair wonderfully with charcuterie or a nice cut of red meat, naturally!

More austere on the nose than Carmenère, with a hint of white pepper. The palate surprises with its sweetness in contrast.
