This high-quality 100% Syrah is a worthy representative of its terroir, in the heart of the renowned Apalta region. Structured, with aromas of blackberry, cherry and truffle, enhanced by black pepper and tobacco, this is a red with soft tannins and great balance. A perfect match for charcuterie, or a fine piece of red meat, naturally!

Enjoy with charcuterie, but also with fatty meats (goose, mutton...). Also goes perfectly with exotic Asian cuisine.

The nose is more austere than carmenère, with a hint of spice (white pepper). Surprisingly sweet on the palate, in stark contrast to the carmenère.

Excellent value for money. Fruity and fine, without heaviness, it drinks itself.
