About the estate:
Located on the outskirts of Ajaccio, this estate—established before the Revolution by distant ancestors of the current owners—was acquired in 1965 and restored by Louis de Poix, a champion of the appellation. Following the untimely death of Guy de Poix in 2011, his son has carried on the legacy of this renowned vineyard, one of the largest in the appellation at 55 hectares.

About the estate:
Guy de Poix’s children, Charlotte and Amaury, manage this estate near Ajaccio, the largest in the appellation. Their reputation is built on the “Cuvée du Cardinal,” which offers a classic expression of Sciaccarellu that ages gracefully. The entire lineup is highly recommended. With projects ranging from replanting and modernizing the winery to addressing climate challenges, there is no shortage of work to be done. The 2023 vintages are certified organic.
