Comte Peraldi Estate
Located in the hills of Mezzavia, overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio, Domaine Comte Peraldi has long been one of the jewels of island viticulture. Abandoned in 1905 upon the death of Jean Peraldi, the property was restored in 1965 by Louis, Comte de Poix, his grandson. Keen to produce high-quality wines, he worked alongside fellow winegrowers to obtain AOC Ajaccio recognition, which was granted in 1971. In 1988, Louis's son Guy took over the business.

Today, the third generation is at the helm of Domaine Comte Peraldi. Charlotte and Amaury work with the same philosophy as their father and grandfather, prioritizing quality. As such, they began converting to organic farming in 2019, obtaining certification in 2022.

Domaine Comte Peraldi owns and cultivates 50 hectares of vineyards nestled on hillsides in an exceptional terroir: granite soil, Mediterranean climate, exceptional sunshine, and protection from frequent winds and breezes by the surrounding mountains. The estate cultivates typical Corsican grape varieties alongside other Mediterranean varieties.
