"An essential part of La Manchuela, taste this singular cuvée made from a single, organic plot of one hectare of old Bobal vines!"

"A striking Bobal, with mineral notes, white pepper, dried herbs and an abundance of fresh black cherries, as well as a reducing, meaty note that reminds me of lard. Pure and lively on the palate, medium to full-bodied, with a robust Bobal structure, solid and similar to Nebbiolo, but fleshier. Fresh and pure, with no woody tannins. Very vibrant and succulent, with a long, crisp finish. Made from organically grown grapes. Drink from 2026. (James Suckling 2025)
