"With a more mature and expressive style, La Vina de Andres Romeo is a cuvée produced from grapes grown in the vineyard that Andrès, Benjamin Romeo's father, planted with Tempranillo 40 years ago. [...] Here we can see the quality of the fruit, which stands up to the oak, and the aromas come mainly from the grape, with fragrant floral notes and a juicy palate with very fine tannins, in a Burgundian style." About wine:
With a more mature and expressive style, La Vina de Andres Romeo is a cuvée produced from grapes grown in the vineyard that Andrès, Benjamin Romeo's father, planted with Tempranillo 40 years ago. The wine is fermented in a single 10,000-liter wooden vat, without the addition of yeast, and undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels, followed by 19 months of aging in new French oak barrels. Here we can see the quality of the fruit, which resists the woodiness, and the aromas come mainly from the grape, with fragrant floral notes and a juicy palate with very fine tannins, in a Burgundian style.
