"I loved the nose of the Viña Bosconia Reserva 2014, a red that sells for an incredible price for the quality, the problem is (like all their wines) finding it.... [...] This is a blend of 80% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacho and the remaining 5% Graciano and Mazuelo, fermented in old oak vats with their yeasts and aged in neutral American oak barrels for no less than five years. It is elegant and nuanced, developed but young for its age, with a homogeneous palate and very fine tannins, with energy and lightness. [...] 2025-2044" (Robert Parker 2025)

About the wine:
I loved the nose of the Viña Bosconia Reserva 2014, a red that sells for an incredible price for the quality, the problem is (like all their wines) finding it.... They had to speed up the harvest to avoid botrytis caused by heavy rain during the harvest. This is a blend of 80% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacho and the remaining 5% Graciano and Mazuelo, fermented in old oak vats with their yeasts and aged in neutral American oak barrels for no less than five years. It is elegant and nuanced, developed but young for its age, with a homogeneous palate and very fine tannins, with energy and lightness. It has an alcohol content of 13.5%, a pH of 3.3 and an acidity of 6.7 grams, notable parameters of freshness. 80,000 bottles produced. Bottled in March 2022. 2025-2044

About the wine:
Viña Bosconia 2014 is composed of 80% tempranillo, 10% garnacha, 5% graciano and 5% mazuelo from the El Bosque vineyard in Haro, Rioja. Garnet-colored, it opens with aromas of blackcurrant, cola and oak. The palate is young and soft, with well-integrated tannins, black fruits and anisette on the finish. Still growing, it will develop greater complexity with more time in bottle. 2025-2038
