He's from Alsace, she's from Berrichonne, and they chose the Jura as their home base after studying in Dijon. Their love of vines and wine led them to settle in the Côtes du Jura in 2009. Together, they farm 5.20 hectares of old vines in the commune of Gevingey, in the Sud Revermont region, a few kilometers from Lons le Saunier. The grape varieties are : 3.15 hectares of Chardonnay, 1 hectare of Savagnin blanc, 60 ares of Poulsard, and 35 ares of Pinot noir. Since 2019, new parcels have been added with 40 ares of Trousseau, 18 ares of Chardonnay and 15 ares of Trousseau to come. Their winery is located in the commune of Trenal, 5 km from Lons le Saunier.

This installation is the fruit of a passion cultivated by Eric since his earliest childhood. His Alsatian origins influence his work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. This is largely why the wines are single-vineyard: no blending. Two ranges of wines are available for tasting:

- Fruity, floral wines from Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard and Pinot noir.

- Jura specialties, with a 100% Chardonnay Macvin ideal as an aperitif, a Crémant and a Savagnin typified by the AOC l'Etoile... and, of course, their trademark Liqueur de Chradonnay!

Smiling, generous and perfectionist, the couple's uniqueness is reflected in the estate's wines.

Year after year, the cuvées gain in depth and finesse, always somewhat disconcerting and unforgettable.
