He is from Alsace, she is from Berry, and they chose the Jura as their home base after completing their studies in Dijon. It was out of a love for vineyards and wine that they settled in the Côtes du Jura in 2009. Together, they cultivate 5.20 hectares of old vines using certified organic farming methods (ECOCERT) in the town of Gevingey, in the southern Revermont region, a few kilometers from Lons-le-Saunier. The vineyard is planted with: 3.15 hectares of Chardonnay, 1 hectare of Savagnin Blanc, 60 ares of Poulsard, and 35 ares of Pinot Noir. Since 2019, new plots have been planted, including 40 ares of Trousseau, 18 ares of Chardonnay, and 15 ares of Trousseau to come. Their winery is located in the town of Trenal, 5 km from Lons-le-Saunier.

This venture is the result of a passion Eric has nurtured since his earliest childhood. His Alsatian roots influence his work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. This is largely why the wines are single-varietal: no blends. Two ranges of wines are available for tasting:

- Fruity and floral wines made from Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, and Pinot Noir.

- Jura specialties, including a 100% Chardonnay Macvin—ideal as an aperitif—a Crémant, and a distinctive Savagnin from the AOC l’Etoile… and, of course, their trademarked Chardonnay Liqueur!

Cheerful, generous, and perfectionist—the couple’s unique character shines through in the estate’s wines.

Year after year, the vintages gain depth and finesse, always remaining somewhat surprising and unforgettable.
