About the wine:
A lively, ripe, and fruity sparkling wine with notes of hazelnuts and yellow fruits.
About the estate:
Éric and Bérengère Thill farm their 5 hectares using organic methods to produce a range of wines made exclusively from single grape varieties: staying true to his Alsatian roots, Éric thus offers a varietal interpretation of the Jura’s terroirs, particularly those in the south. The results lack consistency, as the wines marketed as “natural” sometimes exhibit notes of oxidation.
