"A full-bodied, complex, and deliciously captivating wine."
Morillon is the original name for Chardonnay. This cuvée, made from botrytized grapes but vinified dry, seduces with its intense nose combining pear, peach, and pineapple, enhanced by subtle toasted and buttery notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, generous, almost velvety, carried by a lively acidity that balances the whole. The finish, clean and slightly astringent, prolongs the pleasure.
