"Blending Terret, Grenache, and Carignan, its citrus and herbal aromas are irresistible. On the palate, the wine is straightforward and dry. A beautiful white from the South." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2020 - RVF) This wine combines two 50-year-old plots dominated by the Terret Blanc grape variety. A very indulgent white wine with aromas of fennel and lemon on the nose, a tangy attack on the palate, a silky smoothness and a long, mouth-watering finish. The archetype of a pleasure white wine!

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated estate (2020 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one would expect from its appellation(s))
About the estate:
This beautiful estate comprises 18 hectares of vineyards spread across small plots located in Bize, in the Minervois des Causses region, the foothills of the Montagne Noire, and at the northeastern edge of the appellation. It is an estate that is truly on the rise. The winemaking process is moving towards gentler and less aggressive extraction, resulting in wines with greater fruit precision and freshness balance. This makes them enjoyable to drink, delicious and pleasant, while retaining the estate's trademark tension and vitality. In addition to these Minervois wines, there is a range of particularly well-made IGP Aude wines, with names that obviously relate to the estate.

About the estate:
Established in 2002 by four partners, all wine enthusiasts from Saumur, Le Loup Blanc offers Minervois wines blended from Languedoc grape varieties. Work in the vineyard focused immediately on organic and biodynamic agriculture. Each cuvée has its own distinct character: there are wines to be enjoyed for their fruitiness, but also fine cuvées for aging. The property has two comfortable and tastefully decorated cottages.
