Domaine de Ravanès - L'Ibis Blanc 2012
Médaille d'Or
Gilbert & Gaillard
The second vintage of the L’Ibis Blanc cuvée, this wine—fresh and lively thanks to the Ugni Blanc—displays true originality thanks to the addition of Grenache Blanc. A unique blend, it serves as an excellent introduction to the more ambitious Renard Blanc.

About the wine:
Light gold color. Nose of ripe white fruit against a spicy, anise-like backdrop. Quite bitter on the palate, with a warm overall profile; the fruit has yet to fully express itself. An ibis that has not yet taken flight. Best enjoyed with fennel-seasoned sea bass.
