Qvinteszencia de L'Ille is a naturally sweet wine made from botrytized Ugni Blanc grapes, harvested grain by grain during the first sorting on December 20, 2000. Fermented and aged for 76 months in new oak barrels, this is an exceptionally rich, anachronistic and timeless wine. An incredible and extraordinary sweet wine, unique in France!

Without further ado, high quality/price ratio when you know what can be done with sweet wines elsewhere, yet I am a fan of Ravanès!

Incredible! Beyond the technical feat involved in producing this sweet wine, it is the intensity of its aromas that surprises. It surpasses many of the old Sauternes or Tokays I have tasted in terms of complexity, with an unusual grape variety for this type of wine. It is a discovery. Better still! A revelation!

Very good sweet wine. It's like drinking liquid jam.
