About wine:
An interesting autumnal nose with lots of tobacco leaves on the palate. Slightly smoky, the fruit is discreet, as if it had been soaked and lightly poached in tea. Red plums, wild currants, rosemary. Mild, earthy spices. A discreet, moderate, and harmonious wine that hums with the timbre of the earth; it seems to hold back rather than rush at you. It would be magnificent with duck.

I'm fed up with these so-called "natural" wines that are full of off-flavors. Or maybe "1j1v" needs to tell us that we have to wait for this kind of wine... I gave it 1 glass, but it deserves 0 glasses.
